Sifting through the noise to find what matters.
IT support specialist covering 17 convenience stores and additional sites across eastern Kentucky and southwestern Virginia. I keep the systems running, build the tools that make that easier, and document everything in between.
A browser-based RPG with combat, inventory, and local storage — expanded with The Sunken Keep, a dungeon crawler featuring fog-of-war navigation, SVG enemy sprites, and an in-game level editor.
Python tool that turns weekly Tikit CSV exports into readable reports — surfacing recurring issues, resolution times, and per-assignee breakdowns. Built to fill a gap where the team had no ticket reporting at all, and packaged with portable Python so non-technical colleagues can run it themselves.
Web app that moved preventive-maintenance checklists off paper — mobile-friendly, generates a signed PDF with manager signature capture, autosaves locally, and uploads to SharePoint. Includes a PDF editor that preserves existing signatures on re-open. Runs across quarterly visits to all 17 stores.
I'm an IT support specialist covering 17 convenience stores plus a handful of other sites across eastern Kentucky and southwestern Virginia. The work keeps me moving — roughly a third of my week is windshield time — across endpoints, networking, payment hardware, and the kind of problems that don't have a knowledge base article yet.
When something slows me down more than once, I build a tool for it. That's led to Python reporting scripts, LAN utilities, web-based maintenance apps, and a ticketing dashboard my team actually uses.
On the side I write D&D modules, volunteer on missing persons OSINT investigations, and study toward a cybersecurity path — currently working through the Google Cybersecurity Certificate and Network+ material, with hands-on time in Kali.
